Core Governance Principles

Transparency

All governance decisions, votes, and financial allocations are publicly documented. Meeting minutes published within 48 hours. Searchable archive of all historical decisions.

Accountability

Elected officials can be recalled by 60% member vote. Performance metrics tracked and published quarterly. Regular community feedback sessions required.

Inclusivity

Governance positions reserved for diverse representation. Translation services for non-English speakers. Accessibility accommodations for all meetings.

Distributed Power

No single entity controls platform direction. Don'Q maintains operational oversight but not policy control. Members have veto power on major changes.
