Platform Governance

Platform Council
Composition: 15 elected members (5 individual users, 3 group representatives, 3 organization reps, 2 Don'Q executives, 2 independent advisors)
Term: 2-year terms with staggered elections
Powers & Responsibilities:
- Approve major platform policy changes
- Set community standards and guidelines
- Oversee appeals process for moderation decisions
- Allocate community development funds
- Vote on new feature implementations
Ethics & Safety Committee
Composition: 7 members (3 elected users, 2 Don'Q appointees, 2 external experts)
Term: 3-year terms
Powers & Responsibilities:
- Investigate serious violations
- Develop safety protocols
- Review AI moderation decisions
- Handle dispute resolution
- Protect vulnerable users
Sector Governance
Self-governance within each industry sector
Sector Councils
Composition: 11 elected representatives per sector from active members
