Individuals or businesses listing or monetizing assets through Don'Q.
B. Investors
Individuals or entities providing capital to assets listed on the platform.
C. Platform Users
Anyone accessing or interacting with Don'Q systems.
3. Asset Owner Responsibilities
If you list or onboard an asset, you confirm that:
You legally own or control the asset.
The asset has no undisclosed legal disputes.
Information provided is accurate.
You will comply with all laws and regulations.
You agree to revenue-sharing terms selected during onboarding.
Failure to provide truthful information may result in suspension or termination.
4. Investor Responsibilities
If you invest through Don'Q, you acknowledge:
All investments carry risk.
Returns are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
You have conducted independent due diligence.
You agree to the structured payout model selected.
Don'Q does not provide personal financial advice unless contracted separately.
5. Revenue & Fees
Revenue generated from assets will typically be distributed in the following order:
Operational expenses
Platform or management fees
Net revenue distribution between Owner and Investor
The exact percentages are defined in the individual asset agreement.
Don'Q may deduct platform and service fees before payout.
6. Platform Usage Rules
You agree not to:
Use the platform for illegal activity
Upload fraudulent or misleading information
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer systems
Misuse investor or asset data
Violation may result in immediate suspension.
7. Intellectual Property
All Don'Q systems, software, AI tools, branding, and frameworks remain the property of Don'Q Technologies Incorporated.
You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our systems without written permission.
Asset-specific intellectual property remains with the Asset Owner unless otherwise agreed.
8. Risk Disclosure
By participating, you understand:

9. Confidentiality

10. Limitation of Liability

Don'Q is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Our liability is limited to fees paid to us in the previous 12 months.
